This was our fourth or fifth trip to China, but it brought us some new delights.
We had the pleasure of sharing part of the trip with our cousins. (They take good photos, and those below with a 'c' after the number are theirs.)
We got to revisit some places we'd been wanting to return to.
And we saw Tibet. China shows some substantive consideration for its 54 other ethnic minorities. But Tibet is treated differently. And Tibet is changing rapidly.

Tibet, as it is today.
Relatives may enjoy following our group around Shanghai, Beijing and Guangxi Province (Guilin). To see all of it, start in Shanghai. For just the number one attraction, it's the Great Wall, of course.
The most photogenic spot is Lijiang, another UNESCO site, in Yunnan Province.
